In Collaboration with Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi

As part of its continuous efforts to enhance service quality and customer experience, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced the launch of two opinion surveys, in collaboration with the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD). The surveys aim to measure citizens’ satisfaction with the housing services provided by the Authority and to better understand their needs and preferences regarding government housing.
The initiative seeks to provide accurate and reliable data that will support the development of the Authority’s policies and initiatives, guide future projects in line with citizens’ aspirations, and update key indicators of customer satisfaction and housing preferences — all contributing to an improved, sustainable housing experience.
Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Marzouqi, Acting Executive Director of the Policy Development and Strategic Planning Sector at ADHA, explained that the surveys are part of the Authority’s ongoing approach to listening to the voice of its customers. He emphasized that the collected data will be used to develop housing benefit policies and enhance services to better align with citizens’ real needs.
He added: “Through this initiative, we aim to enhance the quality of life of Emirati families and provide a stable and sustainable housing environment that reflects Abu Dhabi’s vision for social well-being.”
The surveys are being conducted in the field by specialized researchers from the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi across various regions of the Emirate until the end of November. The field teams will visit households, service centers, and commercial areas to collect citizens’ feedback directly, ensuring the accuracy and inclusiveness of the results.
The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority called on all citizens to cooperate with the field teams and actively participate in the surveys, noting that their contributions will play a key role in improving housing services and shaping future programs that meet their needs and aspirations.
