In line with the objectives of the Year of Family 2026: Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre Launches Digital Land Purchase Registration Service to Strengthen Family Bonds in Outlying Areas

The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the custodian and regulator of Abu Dhabi's real estate sector, has launched a new digital service in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority that enables citizens to register requests to purchase land in outlying areas close to their relatives' residences. The fully integrated service is accessible through the Abu Dhabi Government Services platform, TAMM, and has been introduced in alignment with the objectives of the "Year of Family 2026", which aims to strengthen family cohesion and support family stability.

Hazza bin Zayed reviews progress of Al Dhaher Housing Project in Al Ain Region

His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region, has reviewed the progress of the Al Dhaher Housing Project in the region. Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and Department of Municipalities and Transport increase building area for Shuwaib National Housing Project

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) have increased the maximum gross floor area permitted for construction within the Shuwaib National Housing Project to 900 square metres. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), in collaboration with the Urban Planning and Permits Centre at the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), introduced the ‘Housing Construction Loan on Subdivided Agricultural Land’ service, aligning with the goals of the ‘Year of Family.’ The service has been launched with an aim to develop integrated housing solutions that enhance family stability and strengthen social cohesion.
