It allows a UAE national to obtain community support worth AED 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand dirhams) of the value of the loan granted to him/her. This support is limited to housing construction loans, housing demolition and reconstruction loans, and housing purchase loans.

General Conditions for Eligibility for Community Support |
- The applicant shall have completed construction and building of the housing or shall have completed the purchase and registration process.
- The applicant shall provide evidence proving connection of water and electricity to the housing by the relevant authority.
