Based on the Central Bank’s requirements, your Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) must not exceed 60% if you are salaried, and 40% if you are a pensioner, Including the housing loan.
If your DBR falls within the specified range, your financial position is considered within the acceptable limits. If your DBR exceeds the specified threshold, we recommend reviewing and managing your financial obligations and improving your financial standing to avoid any potential obstacles when activating your housing loan or applying for additional financing from national banks.
