1. Rental Assistance for Newly Married UAE Nationals

It allows a newly married UAE national to receive rental assistance amounting to up to AED 75,000, based on the beneficiary's monthly income. The assistance is valid for two years, renewable for a maximum of 4 years, depending on the status of the permanent housing benefit application registered in Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's business system.

 

General Conditions for Eligibility

  1. The beneficiary shall be a newly married UAE national and shall be enrolled in “Medeem” program.
  2. The applicant's monthly income shall not exceed AED 50,000.
  3. A completed application for a housing benefit (housing grant, residential plot of land, housing purchase loan, housing construction loan) shall be filed with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's business system.
  4. The applicant shall not own any real estate According to the terms and controls.
  5. The rented residential unit shall be located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
  6. Rents are determined based on the family size and the applicant's income.

2. Deducting an Amount from the Loan

 

This initiative allows a UAE national to deduct an amount of AED 30,000 for the fourth child, AED 30,000 for the fifth child, and AED 40,000 for the sixth child, from his/her housing loan, without changing the original loan repayment period. The initiative targets those earning monthly incomes between AED 21,000 and AED 50,000.

 

General Conditions for Eligibility

  1. The applicant shall have an approved loan within the basic loan category (housing construction loan, housing purchase loan, housing demolition and reconstruction loan) issued by Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
  2. The applicant's monthly income shall be more than AED 50,000.
  3. The applicant shall have a fourth child, fifth child, or sixth child after July 08, 2024.

3. Housing Loan Repayment Extension

 

This initiative allows a UAE national who receives a housing loans benefit and earns a monthly income exceeding AED 50,000 to reduce his/her monthly installments by housing loan repayment extension for a period of nine years as follows: Three years for the fourth child, three years for the fifth child, and three years for the sixth child. Housing loan repayment extension shall not exceed 25 years after extending the term of loan for all basic loans.

 

General Conditions for Eligibility

  1. The applicant shall have an approved loan within the basic loan category (housing construction loan, housing purchase loan, housing demolition and reconstruction loan) issued by Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
  2. The applicant's monthly income shall be between AED 21,000 and AED 50,000.
  3. The applicant shall have a fourth child, fifth child, or sixth child after July 08, 2024.
