ADHA Commences Review Phase for Housing Units within West Baniyas Housing Project

This phase provides beneficiaries with the opportunity to review the project plan and assess key details of available housing units, including unit prices, facade designs, and bedroom configurations. The process is designed to support beneficiaries in making informed selections prior to the reservation and allocation phase, which will begin next Wednesday through a fully online process. As part of this, beneficiaries will receive SMS notifications containing a direct link to the dedicated platform for reviewing unit information.  

ADHA noted that the housing units presented to beneficiaries may vary from one individual to another, reflecting key variables such as service type, family size, and financial capacity. The Authority highlighted that each unit has been designed with provisions for future expansion, in line with the long-term needs of families.

In addition, ADHA underscored the need for coordination among eligible relatives within the same project, encouraging the selection of neighbouring homes to strengthen family cohesion. This approach also aligns with the Year of Family’s overarching aim of fostering family stability and social cohesion. 

ADHA also advised beneficiaries to keep multiple housing unit options under consideration, should their preferred unit be unavailable at the time of reservation, while adding that they will be permitted to modify their selection twice. The Authority also explained that in cases where a beneficiary chooses a unit with a value exceeding the approved loan amount, the reservation will remain preliminary until the required additional amount is paid before finalising the reservation procedures and obtaining final approval.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority reaffirmed the significance of the initiative, noting that it forms part of its broader efforts to provide an integrated housing experience, improve procedural ease and flexibility, and develop a housing ecosystem that responds to the needs of citizens and enhances their quality of life.
