The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) announced the electronic integration of its digital housing platform with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), represented by the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA), as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen intergovernmental cooperation and advance an integrated and sustainable services ecosystem across Abu Dhabi.
The integration aims to enhance digital connectivity and streamline data exchange between entities, supporting the delivery of proactive and sustainable housing services for Abu Dhabi citizens.
The initiative forms part of ADHA’s broader strategy to develop a fully interconnected digital ecosystem that enables more efficient and faster data exchange, simplifies procedures, and minimizes the need for customers to visit service centers in person. The enhanced integration further elevates the quality and accessibility of services offered through the Authority’s Iskan Abu Dhabi application.
With this integration, the total number of government and private entities electronically linked to the Authority’s systems has increased to 40, further enhancing customer experience and enabling the delivery of a seamless, integrated digital journey through the application in line with the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
The Authority affirmed that expanding electronic connectivity with government and private sector entities aligns with the Abu Dhabi Government’s vision for digital transformation and the delivery of integrated, customer-centric services to citizens. These efforts contribute to improving quality of life and strengthening customer satisfaction.
The Authority remains committed to advancing its digital services and expanding the scope of electronic integration with various entities to support the provision of a smart and interconnected service experience that meets the aspirations of citizens and supports the digital transformation journey in Abu Dhabi.
