With the third housing benefits package of 2025, the total financing for this year has reached AED 15.384 billion, benefitting 10,718 citizens

In line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi - H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, approved the disbursement of the third housing benefits package of 2025 for citizens in Abu Dhabi. Valued at AED 4 billion, the package will benefit 3,310 citizens across the Emirate.
The package encompasses loans of various types worth AED2.27 billion, to be granted to 1,768 citizens, in addition to land and ready home grants valued at AED 1.51 billion benefiting 1,338 citizens. It also includes housing loan exemptions for senior citizens, retirees with low incomes, and heirs of deceased citizens, as well as housing loan reductions amounting to AED 208 million for 204 eligible citizens under the ‘Emirati Family Growth’ initiative.

With the third and latest housing benefits package of 2025, the annual housing aid provided to Abu Dhabi citizens by ADHA has reached AED15.384 billion, benefiting 10,718 citizens across the Emirate. This includes AED 11.766 billion in housing loans of all types, benefitting 7,802 citizens and AED 3.1 billion in land and ready home grants, benefitting 2,438 citizens. Additionally, it includes loan exemptions for senior citizens, retirees with low incomes and heirs of deceased citizens, as well as loan reductions amounting to AED 514.75 million for 478 citizens under the ‘Emirati Family Growth’ initiative.
Since its establishment, ADHA has provided over 129,448 housing benefits valued at AED 177.57 billion to eligible citizens. Furthermore, the third package’s approval coincides with the Eid Al Etihad celebrations, reflecting the wise leadership’s commitment to promoting the welfare of citizens as well as enhancing their family and social stability. This also highlights the wise leadership’s vision to ensure that all citizens lead a dignified life, reinforcing their pivotal role in national development.
His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said, “On the momentous occasion of the Eid Al Etihad, we express our heartfelt gratitude to our wise leadership, whose foremost priority is the welfare and stability of citizens. In line with this, the new housing benefits package will help enhance the quality of life of Emirati families, strengthening the values of giving and unity which guide our society.”
His Excellency Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said: “the third one being released on the occasion of the Eid Al Etihad, reflects our wise leadership’s commitment to enhancing the stability of Emirati families. It further demonstrates their vision to nurture a positive family environment that aligns with citizens’ aspirations and promotes the Emirate’s development. Moreover, the package highlights the long-standing goal to enhance citizens’ welfare, ensuring they lead a dignified and stable life.”
His Excellency also remarked that ADHA remains committed to developing its services and programmes, led by an aim to achieve the highest levels of efficiency. In addition, the entity aims to advance the government’s vision for a more prosperous and sustainable future by providing citizens with suitable housing options.
