To showcase services and strengthen public engagement

As part of its commitment to strengthening community ties and promoting its housing services and initiatives that foster family and social stability among UAE nationals, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) is participating in the fourth edition of the Al Dhafra Dates Festival. Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, the festival, organized by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, runs from October 17 to 26 in Madinat Zayed, Al Dhafra Region.
ADHA’s participation aims to raise awareness of the wide range of housing services it provides to UAE citizens and to engage directly with the public, highlighting how they can benefit from its various programs and digital initiatives. These efforts align with the Authority’s vision of achieving sustainable housing development that meets the aspirations of Emiratis.
During the event, the Authority is showcasing its “Expression of Interest” service, which enables eligible citizens to explore new housing projects, compare features, and digitally express interest in preferred options through the “Iskan Abu Dhabi” app. This service fosters transparency and empowers users with a clear view of their potential future homes.
ADHA is also displaying its Housing Benefit Exchange platform, accessible via the “Iskan Abu Dhabi” app. The platform allows citizens who wish to exchange their allocated homes or land plots to list them for exchange, with all listings visible to other users - enabling them to find options that best suit their social and family needs.
The Authority emphasized that its participation in this event reflects its commitment to being actively present at community and heritage-focused gatherings across Abu Dhabi. Through such initiatives, the Authority continues to communicate its role in advancing the government housing ecosystem, in line with the wise leadership’s vision to ensure dignified, stable lives for all Emiratis.
