To Enhance Customer Experience
Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced the relocation of the ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ Centre within Abu Dhabi city to its new location at Khalifa Park, situated in the Ministries Complex, behind the Family Care Authority. The new strategic location offers enhanced accessibility and proximity to related government entities, and the move is intended to improve the customer experience and provide citizens with more efficient, high-quality access to housing services.
The Authority underscored that a pre-booking system has been introduced to boost service standards, raise customer satisfaction, save time and ensure quick and effective service delivery. The new system allows employees to review customer files in advance, and customers can schedule their appointments through the ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ mobile application according to their convenient time.
In alignment with the Abu Dhabi Government’s digital transformation goals, ADHA reiterated ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ application’s role as a comprehensive digital platform. It enables customers to submit their requests with ease by streamlining procedures, reducing time and effort, and offering a better user experience.
The new centre will receive customers by appointment from Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 11:30 am.
