Participating as part of the UAE’s national pavilion
Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) showcases its initiatives and services during the GCC Housing Officials Meetings 2025, held in Kuwait. Participating as part of the UAE’s national pavilion, ADHA highlighted its most notable initiatives and cutting-edge digital services designed to improve the quality of life for Emiratis and bolster the stability of Emirati families in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
As part of it’s showcase, ADHA presented the ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ application, a one-stop digital platform that permits citizens to submit and track applications, select residential plots and units, and complete processes seamlessly through the app. thus optimizing the user experience and enhancing efficiency.
ADHA also showcased a range of community-focused initiatives, including the Emirati Family Growth Program, designed to assist newlyweds with services such as rental assistance and childbirth incentives. Additionally, ADHA presented ‘Barakatna’ initiative, which supports senior citizens and their caregivers by improving senior housing and extending loan repayment periods for caregivers.
Furthermore, the Authority highlighted the ‘Teyaseer’ program, which was launched by the Government of Abu Dhabi in 2020 as a free of charge, optional service geared towards helping citizens who are embarking on their housing benefits journey. The program offers comprehensive technical and engineering consultations, simplifies procedures, and minimises effort and time by collaborating with approved contractors and consultants, all of which contribute to improved construction quality and an enhanced housing experience for citizens.
ADHA’s participation at the GCC Housing Officials Meetings reaffirms its commitment to knowledge exchange and enhanced collaboration with housing entities across the GCC, aiming to develop sustainable housing policies that align with the needs of citizens throughout the region.
