The West Bani Yas residential project includes 1,500 villas, as well as infrastructure works, parks, public facilities, 8 mosques, and 14 commercial buildings. The project covers an area of 584.7 hectares and has a total cost exceeding 6.3 billion AED. It is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
