The project will also feature 4 mosques, 21 parks, a school, 9 shops, shopping center, a Civil Defense center, and a 25 km cycling track. The development spans an area of 584.7 hectares, with a total cost exceeding AED 7.29 billion, and is expected to be completed in Q2 2027
