Al Naifa is a government project located in the Al Dhafra region, spanning an area of 104.5 hectares. The development includes 212 residential villas in addition to 123 residential land plots, with a total cost exceeding AED 1 billion.
The villas consist of five-bedroom units, each with a built-up area of 528 square meters. The project also features a comprehensive range of community and service facilities, including five retail outlets, two mosques, and 13 parks. Completion is expected in October 2026.
