Al Metlaa (formerly Al Nabbagh) is one of the projects being developed in partnership with the private sector. It is being developed by Bloom Properties and is designated for eligible UAE nationals under the Expression of Interest service in the Al Ain region.
The project spans an area of 5.1 square kilometers and comprises 2,236 residential villas, with a total value of AED 8 billion. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The development features a diverse range of residential units, offering villas with 3 to 6 bedrooms. The villa designs are thoughtfully planned to allow for future expansion, enabling homeowners to extend their properties in line with their evolving needs.
In addition, the project includes a fully integrated range of facilities and services, such as a shopping center spanning 22,000 square meters, a health clinic covering 3,000 square meters, three public schools and one private school, a mosque with a capacity of 2,330 worshippers, a health and sports club, a nursery, a service center and fuel station, as well as commercial staff accommodation.
