Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced the commencement of the booking and sale process for housing units at the Al Metlaa Housing Project in Al Ain, for eligible Emirati citizens who previously expressed their interest in the project through ADHA’s Expression of Interest service launched at the end of last year.
The process will be carried out in two phases. The unit viewing phase will commence tomorrow, Wednesday, 30 September 2026, providing eligible citizens with access to detailed information on the available housing units and the project’s detailed plans. The booking and purchase phase will commence on Wednesday, 7 October 2026.
The initiative forms part of ADHA’s ongoing efforts to provide Emirati citizens with diverse housing options and enable them to explore available units and select homes that best meet their needs, further enhancing the overall housing journey for citizens.
Fully Digital Process
To facilitate the process and provide citizens with a seamless experience, all viewing, booking and purchase procedures will be conducted digitally, eliminating the need to visit service centres.
Eligible citizens will be able to review the available housing units, explore their details and plans, and select their preferred unit from the available options.
Bloom Holding, the project developer, will directly contact eligible beneficiaries to provide them with the required information and details regarding the housing units and guide them through the booking and purchase procedures.
